Job Description

Creighton's Crazy Egg Cafe & Coffee Bar in Warsaw, IN is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our strong team. We are located on 4221 W Old Road 30. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, on time, ambitious, and hard-working. Saturdays are mandatory. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

Setting the table
Greeting and seating customers
Learning the menu and cafe procedures
Presenting the menu and helping customers select food
Accurately putting in food and drink orders
Accepting cash and card payments
Maintaining positive attitude towards customers & coworkers
Delivering food and drink to tables
Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe
Cleaning tables and putting away dishes
End of shift closing responsibilities
Delivering a great customer experience
Following health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Able to multitask efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Able to work with our POS system
Able to work with the team
Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus
