Multimedia Sales Executive

We are seeking a Multimedia Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our full portfolio, including Television, Radio, Digital, Streaming, Social, and Experiential platforms. This role is responsible for developing new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering integrated, multi-platform advertising solutions that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller who understands how to package cross-platform media solutions and can translate client needs into strategic campaigns that deliver measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow relationships with local and regional clients, agencies, and advertisersProspect, qualify, and close new business across all platformsCreate and deliver integrated sales presentations aligned with client marketing goalsMaximize revenue from an assigned account list while actively building a robust pipeline of new businessPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, Ad Operations, and Content teams to develop cohesive proposalsExecute and oversee campaigns to ensure successful delivery, performance, and client satisfactionMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue trackingEnsure accuracy in all aspects of campaign execution including orders, traffic instructions, billing, and collectionsMeet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsYou HaveBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2–5+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or related fieldProven ability to prospect, develop, and close businessExperience selling or supporting multi-platform media solutions (TV, Radio, Digital)Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments.Desired SkillsExperience with integrated media sales (linear + digital + audio)Understanding of media pricing models, audience measurement, and campaign performance metricsStrong consultative selling and account development skillsExperience with branded content and cross-platform campaign executionHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and accountabilityTelevisaUnivision is an equal opportunity employer.
