Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of social content across multiple platforms, client accounts and DS+CO-owned channels Assist with content creation, including captions, short‑form video ideas, trend‑based content and community‑first storytelling Monitor social channels, engage with audiences and flag questions, comments, trends or issues that may need internal or client input Stay current on social trends, platform updates, emerging creators and best practices Track social media performance and assist with reporting, insights and content optimization Partner with strategy, creative, media and account teams to support integrated campaign execution Manage timelines, approvals and day‑to‑day social needs with organization, accuracy and follow‑through Bring DS+CO’s values of Curiosity, Community and Courage to life in your work, communication and problem solving Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, communications or a related field Strong understanding of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube Experience creating or supporting short‑form social content Familiarity with social scheduling, reporting and analytics tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive mindset with curiosity, accountability and willingness to learn in a constantly evolving social landscape #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
