Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a per diem opportunity in Milaca, MN, covering shifts from August 26th to September 1st. This role offers the chance to apply your expertise in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings, supporting patient medication needs with precision and care.
Schedule:
- August 26, 27, 28, and September 1
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM each day
Location:
- Milaca, MN
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispensing and verification of prescription medications in retail and long-term care environments
- Provide patient counseling and support to ensure optimal medication adherence and outcomes
- Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and clinical interventions as required
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless pharmacy operations and patient care
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD degree preferred
- Immunization Certification
- CPR Certification
- Experience or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
- Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy and long-term care procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
