In this role, you'll craft hand-crafted beverages, connect with guests, and create memorable coffee experiences in a beachfront environment that's as energizing as the espresso.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food products to standardGreet every guest with warmth and enthusiasmMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspaceOperate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficientlyRestock inventory, follow health & safety standards, and support opening/closing dutiesWork as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operationsTake pride in maintaining Starbucks' brand standards and core valuesQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderFriendly, reliable, and customer-focusedAble to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with easeAvailable to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPrevious experience in food & beverage or customer service is a plusBenefits:Peachtree Group provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
