Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Registered Nurse

Location: Rochester, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description: Join our highly skilled team in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, where you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with various therapy professionals while delivering high-quality patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Document patient progress and responses to treatments using the Expanse documentation system.
• Maintain an optimal patient-to-staff ratio to ensure high-quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have inpatient care experience; open to training and mentorship.
• Current NH nursing license in your scope of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
