Your responsibilities will include:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers
  
• Learn to identify customer needs and explain insurance options
  
• Build relationships and follow up with customers and leads
  
• Help customers with auto, home, and other insurance needs
  
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
  
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional coverage when appropriate
  
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
  
• Learn insurance products and processes through training and coaching

Experience in sales or customer-facing work is helpful, but insurance experience is not required.

Your background might include retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurant service, call centers, appointment setting, or another role where you work with people. We're interested in your communication skills, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

No active insurance license is required to apply.

You'll receive training and support to prepare for the required insurance licensing. Licensing costs are reimbursed after six months of continued employment.
