Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework or certifications in education a plus)
• Willingness to follow teacher guidance and support individualized learning plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students throughout the school day
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to assist with assignments and activities
• Help implement behavioral strategies and classroom management techniques
• Support students with special needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
• Assist with clerical and organizational tasks for the classroom and teaching staff
• Supervise students in the classroom, hallways and during transitions
• Foster a welcoming, encouraging learning atmosphere
