Senior Staff Product Manager, Fertility & Family Building Location: Hybrid. San Francisco Bay Area (strong preference), Seattle, or New York City Compensation: $245,000 to $300,000 base, plus equity and benefits Type: Full-time About the role We're partnering with a well‑funded virtual care company building the products members rely on through fertility and family building. Their platform pairs real clinical care with digital experiences, and it's trusted by leading employers and health plans across the country. This is a rare chance to own an entire product surface end‑to‑end in a high‑stakes consumer health environment, and to shape how AI changes what the team builds and how fast they build it. You'll meet members at the start of their journey and stay with them through every decision, setback, and milestone. What you'll do Own the Fertility & Family Building product surface across the full member journey, from natural conception through in‑treatment experiences. Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and drive improvement week over week across engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes. Build and run a high‑velocity experimentation engine. Form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound the learnings. Bring a strong point of view on how AI changes the roadmap, and integrate AI into the member experience. Build cross‑functional partnerships across clinical, engineering, design, client success, and growth. What we're looking for 10+ years of product management experience, ideally with a deep health‑tech background. Direct fertility, reproductive, or women's health domain expertise is a strong plus. We can flex to roughly 7 to 8 years for an exceptional candidate. A track record of owning a product surface end‑to‑end and driving engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes. Comfort operating in a fast‑paced consumer health environment where the stakes are personal. Experience running experimentation programs and making honest, data‑driven calls. Bonus points for shipping AI‑powered features in production, or for personal experience with the fertility journey. Logistics Hybrid schedule. New York based team members are onsite three days a week. Bay Area and Seattle members attend quarterly in‑person team days. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
