Operations Manager

We're partnering with a growing logistics, distribution, and light manufacturing operation seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive process improvements, and develop high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day warehouse, distribution, and operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence. Manage, coach, and develop exempt and non‑exempt employees. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. Monitor KPIs, productivity, labor utilization, quality, safety, and operational performance metrics. Develop workforce plans, schedules, and staffing strategies to support business objectives. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met. Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Foster a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations. Experience leading teams in a high‑volume operational environment. Strong background in process improvement, workforce planning, and performance management. Working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
