Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Open to both Clinical Fellows (CF) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) holders
• Previous experience in a school setting is valued, but energetic new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload across PK-5th grades
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-focused therapy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students across two school sites
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals specific to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support overall student success
• Maintain thorough records and data tracking for progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance to staff and families regarding communication strategies
