Responsibilities

In the context of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for our Demand Planner, a key piece of business performance!

You anticipate, coordinate, challenge forecasts, and harmonize to ensure alignment between demand and supply.

In direct collaboration with our Head of Operations France, you work closely with the Sales and Supply teams, as well as our international hubs.

Your role is both strategic and operational: you transform data into decisions and trends into action plans.

Your mission, concretely:

• Pilot the 360° sales forecast: data, trends, insights, tools...
• Animate the Integrated Business Planning process in a fluid, demanding, and impactful way.
• Analyze, explain, and adjust: tracking differences between forecast and actual, alerts, and recommendations.
• Be a force of challenge and alignment with Sales and Supply teams.
• Monitor key business KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, MOH, end of product life, overstocks...
• Contribute to the optimization of tools and the evolution of our forecasting practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (logistic, business, data).

2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Very good mastery of Excel, BI tools, and forecasting methods.

Experience with AI applied to forecasting would be a real plus.

Business-oriented profile, comfortable to challenge, convince, and take a step back.

Taste for transversality, teamwork, and dynamic environments.

Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily exchanges with international teams.
