We are an integral part of the Morris County and are involved in select local charities thru volunteerism and donation. Veterinarian Morristown Animal Hospital in Morristown, NJ $120,000 - $150,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus production Responsibilities Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically Collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet care Perform dentals Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for all: staff, clients, and pets Qualifications Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution 2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a Veterinary Hospital setting is preferred Internship training is also preferred but not required Strong surgical skills Eligibility for New Jersey Veterinary Licensure Benefits Our Comprehensive benefit package includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a total company match up to 4%, after 6 months of employment Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling Continuing education allowance and professional development support Mental Health Resources Company paid bonding leave or applicable state provided bonding leave Perks for Your Pets Too!
