Job Description Your Impact as an Experienced Hospital Manager Cultivate a Healthy Culture: You'll be the champion for a positive, engaged, and collaborative team environment that aligns with our WAG values. Champion the Client Experience: You'll ensure every client and pet receives exceptional service, proactively addressing concerns to build lasting community relationships. What You'll Bring to the Team 2+ years of experience in the veterinary industry, with a strong understanding of veterinary hospital operations and the day-to-day dynamics of a busy practice. Proven business and financial acumen, including experience managing or contributing to P&L performance, labor, inventory, budgets, and key performance indicators. Demonstrated veterinary leadership experience, with the ability to delegate effectively, follow through, build trust, create accountability, and develop team members. A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing strong teams. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster a positive, high-performing culture across a large team A highly collaborative leadership style, with the ability to partner effectively with medical and operational leaders throughout the hospital. Experience in a 24/7, emergency, or high-volume veterinary environment is a plus.
