EUREKA MULTIFAMILY GROUP is seeking a Leasing Manager in the Affordable Housing division to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins, and leases, ensuring high occupancy and renewal rates. You will conduct tours, screen tenants, coordinate promotions, draft leases, and supervise maintenance coordination, using strong customer service and sales skills.
