What Do I Need as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

What Will I Do as a Care Associates - STNA with McGregor?

• Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately to the Wellness Coordinator or.
• Conduct resident rounds as.
• Initiate corrective action as necessary and/or seek assistance of a.
• Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to the established facility.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team and other facility meetings as.
• Participate in the development of an individualized service plan for assigned.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
• Completes documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
• Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
• Assure residents that require call systems have them at hand and answer calls.
• Complete housekeeping tasks such as dusting, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming.
