Job Description Summary As a Medicaid Digital Stakeholder Manager, you will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution, ensuring stakeholder priorities are clear, work is structured, and teams are aligned to deliver meaningful digital outcomes for Medicaid members. This role sits at the center of business, product, and technology—owning stakeholder engagement, intake management, and meeting governance—while helping shape and drive forward the Medicaid digital strategy. Responsibilities Drive strategy and alignment by partnering with Medicaid business and digital leaders to define, align, and advance digital priorities. Connect stakeholder needs, member insights, and business goals into clear, actionable strategies. Ensure all work is aligned to Medicaid digital strategy, enterprise priorities, and member experience outcomes. Own stakeholder engagement by serving as the single point of contact across business, product, technology, and operations teams. Build strong, trusted relationships and ensure stakeholders are informed, aligned, and engaged. Act as the bridge between strategy and delivery—ensuring clarity and continuity across teams. Manage intake with precision by owning the end‑to‑end process for Medicaid, from submission through prioritization and readiness. Ensure all work is documented, and aligned to strategic goals and roadmap priorities. Maintain a clear and transparent pipeline of work tied to business value and impact. Enable execution and delivery by tracking initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment to timelines, milestones, and strategic outcomes. Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. Proactively identify and resolve gaps to keep work moving forward. Create structure in a fast‑paced environment by bringing organization and discipline to complex, fast‑moving workstreams. Maintain centralized trackers, documentation, and communication artifacts. Continuously improve processes to drive efficiency, clarity, and execution excellence. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in stakeholder management, product operations, program management, or related roles. 7+ years supporting strategy, intake management, and cross‑functional execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 5+ years of experience with Medicaid or government healthcare programs. 5+ years ensuring monthly results and roadmap readiness to share with BU partners, Enterprise leaders, marketing teams, and other key stakeholders. 3+ years reviewing and aligning rolling quarterly roadmaps with product leaders, in preparation for monthly product review meetings. 3+ years coordinating and leading Medicare‑specific demos for key stakeholders. 3+ years managing team accountability to building the product on‑schedule and communicating status/risks appropriately. 3+ years establishing and overseeing plans, monitoring and organizational approach between business units that result in consistently great products. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with digital products and agile delivery models. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability. Strong communication skills, with ability to influence and drive alignment across teams. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $106,605.00 – $260,590.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay and also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
