Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Consult with families, teachers, and staff to support students’ communication goals within the classroom
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by school and regulatory guidelines
- Facilitate progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal student outcomes
