Director Of Health Services, RNPrairie Bluffs, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Director of Health Services, RN to join our growing team!Prairie Bluffs is conveniently located right off Highway 169 and Pioneer Trail in Eden Prairie. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 140-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Our Director of Health Services becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.In this position, you will be helping guide a robust clinical team (nurses and aides) and be responsible for responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and is responsible for daily clinical operations.Duties Include:Oversee the nursing staff for the provision of quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.Assist with hiring nursing staff, oversee the provision of orientation and training, and retain qualified staff to carry out nursing and assisted living programs and services.Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident population.Collaborate with the Executive Director to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers.Evaluate current and potential residents to determine and maintain facility's ability to provide the appropriate level of care.Manage clinical aspects of state or federal government survey processes.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred.Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.Must possess advanced computer skills.Benefits:Annual reviews with wage increasesPaid time off & paid holidaysMedical, dental, vision benefits401k + company matchEmployee Referral bonusesTuition reimbursement and nursing loan forgivenessFlexible schedulingCareer developmentIt has been and will continue to be our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, arrest record, conviction record, military service, use or nonuse of lawful products off the Employer's premises during nonworking hours, or declining to attend a meeting or to participate in any communication about religious matters or political matters, or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
