Step into an engaging, contract-based opportunity supporting K-8 students across two locations near Saint Peter, MN. With a flexible 30-32 hour workweek, this role is tailored for Speech-Language Pathologists (including CFs), SLPAs from school or healthcare settings, and experienced teletherapists who are passionate about making a daily difference. The caseload focuses on K-8 students, allowing for rich, ongoing relationships and collaboration with staff while working in a school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Minnesota SLP license (CCC, CFY, or SLPA accepted)
- Experience in K-8 settings, school-based or healthcare preferred
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Ability to travel between two nearby sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support services to a diverse elementary and middle school caseload
- Travel between two sites, developing familiar relationships with staff and students
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers
- Utilize teletherapy skills as needed to support students' progress
- Participate in team meetings, and IEP development and reviews
- Adapt schedule to either a Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday structure based on your preference
