Senior Operational Analyst
Required Skills & Experience: Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis and reporting - Dashboard and KPI development - End-to-end process and milestone tracking - Cross-functional dependency management - Operational metrics and trend analysis - Executive and leadership-level reporting - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to independently organize ambiguous or complex work - Process documentation and gap identification - Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader operational view - Ability to use co-pilot
Job Description: Serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for developing and maintaining end-to-end operational tracking, performance analytics, dashboards, and leadership reporting across multiple business teams. Independently analyzes complex processes, identifies gaps and dependencies, develops metrics, and translates detailed operational information into actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
Pay rate between 40-51/hr
