*Job Summary and Responsibilities* As our *Family Medicine Physician*, you will join *CHI Health Clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska*, and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, colleagues, and the community. * Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting * Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population * Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health * Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care * Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes. * Participate in a shared clinic call schedule designed to promote work-life balance * Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both the clinic and hospital settings * Academic affiliation with Creighton University School of Medicine * Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care We are offering a two-year salary guarantee, relocation assistance, bonus, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to join an established and rapidly growing primary care practice.
