Quality Control Job Description Overview

Join our dynamic team in Madison, IN, where we prioritize excellence and innovation! As a Quality Control professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality, we want to hear from you!

1st shift

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify defects and non-conformities, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality control practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
