We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who excels in a face-to-face environment and is a definitive hard closer . We provide the tools and the leads; you provide the expertise and the drive to finalize agreements and help homeowners realize their vision. While we provide comprehensive training, candidates with specific window and door experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Role & Environment
- Qualified Appointments: Focus on high-intent opportunities. Our appointments are primarily generated through organic leads, referrals, and a loyal repeat customer base—not cold calling.
- Modern Sales Tools: We leverage the latest digital platforms, providing our team with high-impact presentation software and a seamless, paperless proposal and contracting system.
- Professional Growth: Benefit from ongoing sales leadership and technical support designed to help you master our product lines and maximize your closing ratio.
- Territory Coverage: Serving homeowners across our region (Mobile to Panama City), providing professional consultations in the comfort of their homes.
- Facilitate In-Home Consultations: Lead homeowners through a professional presentation process, addressing concerns and securing signatures on-site.
- Expert Product Knowledge: Master the technical aspects of our product lines and installation methods to act as a subject matter expert for our clients.
- Project Management: Utilize our CRM to maintain meticulous records.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years in professional sales; experience in home improvement or high-ticket retail environments is a significant plus.
- Closing Expertise: A confident "hard closer" who is comfortable negotiating and finalizing contracts during the initial visit.
- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a polished appearance are essential for building trust with our clientele.
- Logistics: High level of dependability, a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
