Patent Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Junior or Mid‑Level Associate for the Patent Litigation Team in Richmond. The firm provides comprehensive patent litigation solutions, representing clients across various sectors, including telecommunications, software, and manufacturing. Duties Assist in managing patent litigation cases from inception through resolution. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies. Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Requirements 2–7 years of patent litigation experience. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
