Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join a high-volume hospital laboratory team. The role involves performing a wide range of diagnostic testing to support patient care across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and more
Conduct complex analysis of biological and chemical specimens
Ensure accuracy through quality control and compliance procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve instrument or testing issues
Assist with specimen processing and phlebotomy support when needed
Train new staff and support lab operations

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
Florida State Medical Technologist License (Generalist required)
ASCP Certification preferred
Minimum lab experience preferred; strong clinical foundation acceptable
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Shift Differentials: $2 (Evenings), $3 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance: Case by case
