3rd Shift Forklift Driver (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: ADC Logistics – Appliance Distribution Facility
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 3rd Shift 4x10 Schedule 8pm-6am
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

2nd Shift Forklift Driver (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm | Fridays 12pm-8pm

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Job Summary:
ADC Logistics is seeking a reliable and experienced 2nd and 3rd shift to join our appliance distribution team. This role involves safely operating sit-down forklifts to move, load, and stage large household appliances within the warehouse. Candidates with clamp truck experience are strongly preferred. The company will provide training on basaloid equipment for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Use clamp attachments to move and stack appliances (preferred)
• Load, unload, and stage products for shipment and storage
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse as needed
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Clamp forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work full shift and training
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and handle large appliances
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
