Entry Level Marketing Associate

Kinetic Marketing is expanding its Cincinnati team and looking for an Entry Level Marketing Associate to support client campaigns through direct, face-to-face customer engagement. This is a hands-on position based at retail and event locations throughout the Cincinnati area. You'll represent client campaigns directly to customers, introduce products and services, answer questions, build interest, and help turn conversations into new sales and customer acquisitions. What You’ll Be Doing Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations Speak directly with customers and introduce relevant products and services Build interest through confident, engaging conversations Answer questions and provide clear information about client campaigns Support customer acquisition and sales objectives Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals Develop practical skills across marketing, sales and customer engagement What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people and enjoys working in an active, team-focused environment.
