Chemical Process Engineer

Oxygen Combustion EngineerThis job is based at a facility that supports the sale and engineering of all gases. This site has research, project engineering, tech service and sales. This person will work in a group of six engineers that support the combustion of oxygen. This job includes, 25% of the job is travel to customer sites, 37% is pilot plant work running experiments, 38% is process design and feasibility studies. The creative part of this job is developing brand-new technologies for the chemical injection techniques, process control techniques, and new equipment designs. Responsibilities also include working with application engineer and customers to develop a process to convert from natural gas to oxygen which will include equipment specification, using stage gating methods, cost estimates and startup of new equipment.Requirements:B.S./M.S.
