Description The Patient Care Technician assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures delegated and communicated by the licensed nurse. Required Qualifications Coursework/Training: Combined equivalent experience and certification needed for function and level, or equivalent educ/experience Current graduate of state approved PCT program (CPCT). Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician - National Association for Health Professionals, or Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician - National Center for Competency Testing, or Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant - National Healthcareer Association Preferred Qualifications H.S.
