Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Therapy Fort Worth, Texas Travel
Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence in daily living activities.
Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
Active COTA licensure in the state of Texas.
Current NBCOT certification.
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Prior travel or contract therapy experience.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments.
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing facility setting through a 13-week contract engagement.
