They implement planned lessons, activities, and assessments, while also fostering a positive classroom atmosphere and communicating regularly with parents. Key Responsibilities Planning and Implementation: Design, plan, and implement lessons that align with curriculum standards, including differentiated instruction and assessments to meet individual student needs. Instruction and Engagement: Teach students in a variety of ways, including small group instruction, whole class activities, and hands‑on learning experiences. Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, organized, and well‑structured classroom environment conducive to learning, while also establishing positive behavioral expectations.
