Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor We are looking for passionate blue+ level snowboarders to teach guests of all ages at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort. The position is full‑time or part‑time, seasonal (Winter 2026/2027), and includes a competitive starting wage of $20.00/hr, with potential for additional teaching incentives. Job Summary Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction in a safe and fun environment, providing world‑class guest service. Responsibilities also include supporting various departmental tasks as needed.
