Tax Manager, Direct Tax

To support a growing tax team, the remote Tax Manager, Direct Tax will manage high-impact tax projects, collaborate with various finance stakeholders, and drive process improvements while taking ownership of priority direct tax workstreams. Key responsibilities Support high-impact tax projects related to business growth and market expansion Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external tax advisors to provide business-oriented tax support Evaluate and implement tax considerations for international expansion and evolving business needs Required qualifications 7+ years of corporate tax experience, including public accounting and in-house exposure Strong knowledge of federal and state corporate income tax compliance and provision work Familiarity with international tax concepts and multi-jurisdictional operations Experience with strategic tax matters and process improvements beyond standard compliance Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
