Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc. and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - Integris Health, Inc.. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Preferred Skills/Experience:Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Special Requests: In addition to a valid driver’s license, you must include a proof of address document to apply. Unit Details:Adult patient population.Primarily renal patients with a wide range of renal conditions.Staffing ratios: 1:5 on days; 1:6 on nights and weekends. Shift & Scheduling:RTO: 5 days or less.Every other weekend. Floating Requirements:Float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities; occasional, depending on staffing/census. 5 days maximum time off.
