TikTok LIVE Host

Multiple Positions Open · On-Site | Bethesda, MD · Full-Time

About the Role

Miche Beauty is hiring multiple TikTok Live Hosts to cover live shopping sessions from 9AM to 2AM EST daily. You will be the face of Miche Beauty on TikTok — selling products, building community, and keeping viewers engaged and coming back. We specialize in products for curly, coily, and wavy hair textures, so a love for natural hair care is a big plus. If you are high energy, love beauty, and are comfortable on camera, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Host TikTok Live sessions during assigned shifts — 9AM to 2AM EST, multiple shift options available
• Demonstrate, review, and sell Miche Beauty products in an authentic and engaging way
• Keep viewers entertained, respond to comments in real time, and drive purchases
• Create short-form TikTok content — product demos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes
• Monitor TikTok trends and bring fresh ideas to every session
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotions

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable and confident on camera — no script needed
• Passion for beauty products — skincare, makeup, haircare knowledge a plus
• Experience on TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or any live selling platform preferred
• Ability to work assigned shifts between 9AM and 2AM EST
• Located in or able to commute to Bethesda, MD
• Video submission required with application — 2 to 3 minutes showing your on-camera presence

You Are

• Energetic — You bring the energy every session, every shift
• Authentic — Viewers trust you because you keep it real
• Sales-minded — You know how to create excitement and close
• Reliable — You show up on time and prepared, every time
• What We Offer
• $45,000 – $65,000 base salary + GMV performance bonus
• Multiple shifts available — apply with your availability
• $500/month health insurance stipend
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months
• PTO + 8 paid holidays
