Associate Planner

Summary The Associate Planner will support demand planning, allocation, and logistics for North and South America, working closely with distribution hubs, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role involves processing internal and external orders, executing supply orders, and managing cross-border documentation. The position requires strong attention to data entry accuracy and coordination across teams to improve processes and customer service. Responsibilities Process internal and external customer orders, including wholesale, corporate (B2B, PR), retail allocations, and replacement cases. Support demand planning and execute supply orders from manufacturing to distribution hubs and onward to customers in the Americas. Interact with distribution hubs to secure value-added services, confirm fulfillment, and manage ASN generation and confirmation. Enable department store EDI compliance and manage order receipt and invoicing through portals such as DI Central. Produce commercial invoices for cross-border transactions and update transportation data and service level reports. Assist sales with chargeback investigations and support retail with delivery tracking and discrepancy resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, merchandising, or a related field. 1-2+ years of experience in planning, allocation, or merchandising. High level of data entry accuracy and speed. Experience streamlining processes and familiarity with department store EDI compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
