Job Title: Web Content Manager / Web Producer (AEM)

Duration: 6 Months (may change)

Location: Palo Alto, CA

PR: $50/hr - $70/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Coordinate end-to-end web production activities, ensuring timely and accurate content deployment.
• Maintain and optimize website content, structure, and user experience.
• Perform thorough web quality assurance (QA) testing across browsers and devices.
• Work closely with content, marketing, design, and development teams to implement website updates.
• Support website migration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives using Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
• Troubleshoot content, layout, and functionality issues and ensure adherence to web standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in web production, web content management, or digital content operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience working with Adobe Edge Delivery Services.
• Solid background in web Quality Assurance (QA), including content validation, functionality testing, and cross-browser testing.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor code updates.
• Strong understanding of web publishing workflows, content governance, and digital best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with web analytics, SEO, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with distributed content, marketing, and development teams.
