Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their Litigation Practice Group, offering mentorship, advancement toward shareholder, competitive compensation, and potential hybrid flexibility after an initial period.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters in state and federal courts, including legal research, drafting, and court proceedings.
• Work independently while managing assigned cases and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across Litigation and related practice areas.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in the firm's mentorship program, professional development, and community activities.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant attorney experience, preferably with litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active New Hampshire Bar license or ability to waive into the New Hampshire Bar.
• Experience practicing in state and federal courts with strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, independence, self-motivation, and professional references.
