We are looking for a BCBA to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will be responsible for supervision of our BCaBA’s and RBT’s as well as coordinating and providing services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions procedures and adaptive life skills. Job Types: Part Time to Full time Pay: $85,000- $100,000/Annually Patient demographics Adolescents Children Schedule Daytime Hours Monday to Friday Work setting In-person/Telehealth Education and Requirements Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis. Certified by the National Board for Certification. Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements. Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
