Bring your precision and attention to detail to a hands-on role where you will:

• Operate advanced machinery including CNC machines, press brakes, and laser equipment
• Ensure top-notch quality by inspecting parts using tools like calipers and micrometers
• Perform routine equipment checks to keep production running smoothly
• Track and share production results while collaborating with your team
• Troubleshoot minor issues and contribute ideas to improve efficiency
• Support production goals through assembly and general manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace with 5S standards

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use measurement tools and follow structured processes

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly

Bonus skills: CNC setup/operation, press brake or laser experience, automotive manufacturing experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Tell City, IN.

The pay range for this position is $40456.00 - $44000.00/yr.

Looking for a hands‑on role where your work directly impacts daily operations? Responsibilities: Safely run and oversee manufacturing equipment to meet daily output goals Perform work in accordance with documented processes, operational guidelines, and safety standards Complete routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities to support reliability and uptime Verify product quality by measuring components with precision tools and confirming they meet specifications Recognize equipment, quality, or safety concerns and escalate issues as needed Document production activity and share operational updates with leadership throughout the shift
