CDL A Local Drivers--Home Daily

Details: *W2 account* Intermodal Account Must live within 35 miles of Racine WI Monday - Friday - Start Time: 1300 (1:00 PM) New drivers start @ 0.48 CPM regardless of experience and will earn a 0.01 CPM increase every year after they are hired up to 0.55 CPM

• All Hub miles paid equal loaded/empty
• $65 for live load by customer (approximately 20% live load)
• $40 for drop & hook at CUSTOMER regardless of pickup or delivery - (Approximately 80% drop &

hook)

• $25 extra per Hazmat load
• $30 extra per Refrigerated load
• $15 for any empty move and $23 - $55 for crosstown drop depending on the ramp distance.
• $20/hr of rail delay (after 1 hour wait)
• $20/hr after 1.5 hour wait -- Then $25/hr after the 1st hour
• Ramp Specific Training After Orientation: Training will last at least 5 full days for new hires. Training Pay is $250 per day

100% no touch! Hazmat is required within 90 days of hire. If obtained after hire, account will reimburse. Driver will need to provide paperwork. Drivers will go to Chicago rail yards daily Drivers could potentially have the option to transfer to a more desirable shift after 6 months
