- Flexible 10-hour shifts available in a structured emergency department schedule .
- Work in a high-volume ED with 34,000 annual visits .
- High hourly compensation at $95/hr as a 1099 contractor .
- 2 years of recent hospital ER experience required .
- Utilize Epic EMR in a modern emergency department .
- Work just outside Dallas , offering easy access to city amenities.
- Enjoy a supportive, team-oriented environment in a Level IV Trauma Center .
- Affordable cost of living and excellent school districts in the area.
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with 2 years of recent Hosptial Emergency Medicine Experience
- Active Texas licensure (or ability to obtain).
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume ED setting.
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Coverage:
- 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- 10-hour shifts
- High-volume emergency department with structured physician and APP collaboration .
- Compensation: $95/hour, 1099 independent contractor model.
- Annual Volume: 34,000 patient visits.
