Job Title: Picker Packer - Day Shift Job Description

Join our team as a Picker Packer where you will be responsible for picking and packing food products in a cold storage facility. Your role will involve using RF scanners, maintaining attention to detail, being on your feet for the entirety of the shift, and performing heavy lifting tasks.

• Pick and pack food products efficiently and accurately in a cold storage facility.
• Operate RF scanners to ensure correct product selection.
• Maintain attention to detail to prevent errors in picking and packing.
• Stay on your feet throughout the shift and perform heavy lifting tasks as required.
• Communicate proactively if there are any delays or issues that affect your work schedule.

• Experience with packaging, picking, and packing in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in using RF scanner guns.
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment.

• Ability to work efficiently in extremely cold temperatures.
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial; being on time is essential.

The work environment is a cold storage facility where individuals must provide their own cold weather attire, including jackets, hats, and gloves. Sweatshirts alone will not suffice, so please plan accordingly. The role is during the first shift, Monday to Thursday, with hours dependent on workload.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
