(Processes may include a mix of milling, heat treat, welding, punch, finishing, printing or packaging)Specifically, you’ll: * Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving process issues* Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, service, throughput, and yield within assigned areas* Support and implement improvements related to process safety and operational risk assessments* Evaluate capital planning needs and support equipment upgrades, modifications, and technology investments* Lead new equipment Installations and existing equipment modifications* Implement new equipment processes and procedures* Liaison with suppliers, customers, and research & development staff* Create drawings for tooling modification and gage design* Support new product launches* Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute process trials, experiments, and data-driven improvement projects* Document technical findings, communicate recommendations clearly, and contribute to effective team decision-making* Troubleshoot robotics* Execute other duties as assigned. **The Person:**You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and self-driven but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always.
