Roseville Care Center – Roseville, CA Full-Time Starting at $23.00 per hour Be the Friendly Face of Roseville Care Center! Roseville Care Center is seeking a reliable, professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the daily administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. What You’ll Do Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and a warm, friendly attitude. Answer and direct incoming multi-line telephone calls. Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication. Check visitors in, maintain visitor sign-in logs, and direct guests to their destinations. Notify staff of visitor arrivals and cancellations. Provide general administrative and clerical support. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Maintain confidentiality of resident information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Promptly report suspected or known privacy violations. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Please Note: This is a non-clinical position and does not include any resident care responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred. Knowledge of general office procedures and multi-line phone systems. Ability to maintain professionalism while handling confidential information. Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday. Frequent use of computers, telephones, copier/scanner/fax, and other office equipment. Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. Why Join Roseville Care Center?
