Duration: 6 month contract with possible extensions or conversion

Insight Global is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Porter to support workplace operations at one of our clients by maintaining break rooms, replenishing refreshments, and assisting with employee events. This role is responsible for ensuring common areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked to provide a positive experience for employees and guests.

Required Skills & Experience

-Previous experience in hospitality, facilities, food service, janitorial, or workplace services preferred

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks throughout the shift

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

-Positive attitude and customer-service mindset

-Ability to lift up to 25-30 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods

-Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities:

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of employee break rooms and common areas

-Brew fresh coffee and monitor beverage stations throughout the day

-Stock and replenish snacks, drinks, coffee supplies, and other break room items

-Support onsite meetings and events by setting up refreshments and ensuring spaces are ready for use

-Perform light cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, tidying seating areas, and disposing of trash

-Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

-Ensure all areas meet company cleanliness and safety standards

-Provide excellent customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors
