Supervisor, Catheterization Vascular Lab

Overview Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Supervisor of the Catheterization, Vascular Lab. This is a full‑time, day shift position located in Suffolk, VA. The supervisor will oversee daily procedures and staff management for the Cardiovascular and Vascular Lab, supervising approximately 20 direct reports and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily catheterization and vascular procedures, ensuring high‑quality patient care. Manage a team of RCIS, CVTs, RNs, technologists, and support personnel. Ensure all procedures follow established standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Handle scheduling and rapid responses as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. RCIS certification highly preferred; RN licensure highly preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in cath/vascular/procedural areas. Leadership or supervisory experience for at least 2 years preferred. Background in IR/Cath and Angio preferred. Procedural experience preferred. Benefits Medical, dental, vision plans.
