We’re Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or (LCSWA) – Hybrid Position
Location: Concord, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Golson Family Services is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing behavioral health team!
What You’ll Do:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment plans
Maintain timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation
Collaborate with psychiatrists, peer support specialists, and our multidisciplinary team
Help individuals achieve meaningful recovery and improved quality of life
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Experience with behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Passion for providing person-centered, trauma-informed care
