• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Kansas RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (within 6 months), Fetal Heart Monitoring (within 1 year)
• Experience: New grads welcome; previous L&D experience preferred
• Travel Required: No

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $30 - $36.50 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: Evening ($2.30/hr), Night ($3.75/hr), Weekend ($3.00/hr)
• Benefits: Full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options
• Additional: Sign-on bonus not included; relocation assistance offered

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vitals
• Prepare patients for childbirth, assisting with procedures as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
• Document patient care and vital signs accurately
• Educate new mothers on postpartum care and newborn care
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas RN license
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (within specified timelines)
• Strong understanding of fetal monitoring and labor/delivery procedures
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
